Coaching Through Conflict

James H. Keil, 2003

People in most workplaces experience some level of conflict on a daily basis. Managed conflict is good, and improves quality and productivity. If partners always agree, what's the point in having partners? The question, then, becomes how can conflict be realistically managed? How do some coaches manage to win contests when players on the team can't stand each other? We have learned how the coaching concept can be applied to difficult situations in your workplace.

We can help you develop and implement a successful plan for conflict intervention and conflict management. We will show you how to cultivate a natural mentoring process between workers and managers, and help you to get them united in team efforts. As the groups begin to work together, change becomes less of a concern, and workers become more willing to accept it.
